Situated in a valley with your own mountain, we bring you the perfect farm living property with peaceful harmony.

This 210 ha Farm consist of the following:

Livestock consist of 100 Dorper Sheep in grazing camps. Grazing camps are being expanded to increase carrying capacity.

5Ha planted with over 3 000 oak trees inoculated with Black Truffles. Trees were planted in 2019 and should produce their first Truffles within the next 2 years. Irrigation is gravity fed micro sprayers. The area is completely enclosed with electric fencing and mesh.

All drinking water is gravity fed and cleaned through multiple filters
3 Phase Electricity

Drinking water is from natural sources in the mountain. The pipe network for this water was completely revamped. Storage tank is in the mountain and the water pressure at the houses ranges from 4bar at the highest cottage to 6bar at the lowest house. Filtered through a 120 micron filter, then a 5 micron, then a 1 micron and lastly through a ceramic filter (0.3 micron). Every tap has clean drinking water.
Around 10Ha of permanent irrigation lines. 5Ha with underground mother lines and micro sprayers above ground, another 5Ha with just underground mother lines (an assortment of overhead sprayers, micro sprayers and drip lines are included and can be installed where necessary).
The irrigation network was also completely revamped and now the entire farm runs under gravity. Majority of the pipes are relatively new. Around 30km of pipe has been installed in the past 5 years.
